The Roberto Gerhard Sample Library is a collection of recordings created as part of the AHRC-funded Gerhard: Revealed project. One of the core elements of Gerhard's electronic music was a recurring selection of recordings he made over the period of a decade of acoustic instruments that he could use as raw materials for creating his electronic music. The Gerhard: Revealed project has recreated these raw materials here for others to use in their own electronic music compositions.

These samples can be used alongside several educational resources developed by the project, and with the 'Gerhard Machine', a software application that approximates Gerhard's home electronic music studio setup. These educations resources are available here: heritagequay.org/rgda/educational-resources/educational-resources/
